Teacher Training Program

Tal Lostracco’s summer theatre camp is proud to offer one of the best teacher training programs offered in the state. This program is for current teachers to strengthen their skills in directing and technical theatre.

Choose your emphasis

• Teachers choose to either a directing focus or a technical focus

Receive Professional Development Credit

Get 120 hours of Professional Development/GT Credit with certificate

Choose either Directing emphasis or Technical Theatre emphasis

• Directing participants get one-on-one mentoring with one of Talscamp’s award-winning directors and serve as an assistant director for one of the camp productions.  They will shadow the director through the entire process from casting to opening night.
• Technical participants get one-on-one mentoring with either the scene designer, costume designer, lighting designer, sound designer, and/or stage manager.
