History

Founded by Tal Lostracco in the Summer of 2001 at Lon Morris College, his summer theatre camp has become regarded  as one of the premiere summer theatre training programs in the state of Texas. In 2004 the camp moved to Trinity Valley Community College where he assumed the role of chair of the theatre department.  In 2006 after Tal’s death we started discussing with Southwestern University the possibility of moving the camp to his alma mater.  The camp found a permanent home at Southwestern Univesity in 2009.
